What's New in the Office?

We have consultants, principal consultants. We call them our customers. Spread all over the world. And occasionally they would come and visit us. And many of them, and we would say they'd come into our office and they would be intimidated. The vibe that we were sending off to them is that, oh, we're too busy for you. It's totally different now.
