Jesus Christ Is the One Mediator Between God and Man
Moses recounts a number of places where this happened, including the golden calf at Sinai. And also Moses goes on to communicate that I interceded on your behalf. Jesus Christ was sent as the one mediator between God and man. We are called to pray for each other. We're called to stand in that gap and be like Moses,. The depth of the heart of God is the heart of mercy. Even when we are unfaithful, God gives us his mercy.
