How to Use Prompts to Change Social Anxiety

The heart of prompts is what's called the challenge list. This comes out of cognitive behavioral therapy where to treat any kind of fear, we list the things that our fears are holding us back from. Those could be little things like ask a waiter for a refill on my iced tea, all the way up to ask for a raise or get back into dating or go back to school. And so aggregated iteratively over raising our hand again and again, or showing up, not bailing on our friends again and again can help people with social anxiety change their behavior.
