Some of the same complaints from a hundred years ago are made today, which leads to the perception that clinical work obviously changed. There is at least a kind of optimism about the computer at various points. And this gives way, I think, much more recently to much more pessimism. You Adam live in a very interesting system where you're one of the last holdouts of the optimistic period.
