The Importance of a Worthy Rival

Rivalry is like iron sharpening iron, in a way that it's going to bring the best out of both of you. In infinite games, there are no competitors. There's just lots of other players. And if we arbitrarily choose some of them to beat, then we're taking our eyes off everything else. Big companies aren't taken down by big companies they obsess about. They're taken down by little start ups that they weren't even paying on to every single time.
