A non us. Resident can own an llc, but not a citizen or resident. Your brothers gongto need a special tax number to be doing business in the us. When you set up an l o c with a foreign owner, you have responsibilities as the manager of that l o c. You just can't send money all over the world and not someoneo what's going on here.
