The Most Optimum Time of the Day Is 10 Breaths

The most optimal time of the day depends on what it is you're trying to do. I would be looking at the morning time, but then warming yourself back up prior to actually engaging in anything. If that requires you to get in the sauna or get in a hot shower or jacuzzi, then do so. But I would get yourself out and allow yourself to regulate without any heat for a few minutes so that you can get your physiology to move a bit further.
