How to Write a Letter to College Students

CNN's John Sutter talks about how small things can make a big difference. He says he wrote 12 letters to his college students' parents telling them they were doing well at work. One of the ways was by setting up an 11 cent popsicle phone in their hotel pool. "Little, they're little things" are often the very things that make the biggest difference for customers and employees," said Sutter.
