The two approaches to implementation are icebreaker and studio. An icebreaker is something that takes five or 10 minutes just to loosen people up, get them out of their comfort zones,. The studio is much bigger activity and does need some more support because you're going to buy some art supplies  and maybe even create a dedicated space for it.
