It works hand in glove with the pentagon and puts out reports on how people in the military weaponry establishment are thinking. And they put out this port in two thousand 19 on ways to push russia into an arm's race,. putting more weapons, even nuclear weapons, and nuclear threats into eastern europe. The report has to be calebrated carefully to not create a wider war. But what it's proposing is exactly what people are seeing now on their t vs when the media suddenly cares about the victims of war.
