How to Use Iron Corn for Rye Bread
Allison and Rob use a hand crank grain mill for rye bread. They also grind oats, flaking and making whole oats into various fermented products. Allison has tried putting spelt through the mill once but it was very hard. Adriana says she wants to start using ancient grains in her baking.
