Computer Science Isn't Answering Questions About, Like, What a Machine Does
i think there is a sort of grander roll for computer science in that it is answering fundamental questions about the nature of, like, the speed of ation. And so if there is like, fastest possible algorithm for solving some problem, then it's quite plausible to me that evolution is going to try to seek it out. If you want to have consciousness, you need a totaly different architecture. One can sort of emulate the other. But i don't think whena a computer will emulate a what humans can do, it will have consciousness because i think consciousness is what allows you to do it easily. That's what i think. I think it's ike vastly different architectures.
