Kelli Thompson is the author of “Closing the Confidence Gap: Boost Your Peace, Your Potential, and Your Paycheck.” Kelli sits down with Jessi to talk about the tough life moments that made her doubt herself, and how she grew from them. She opens up in hopes that more women will live up to their true potential at work, unafraid to ask for what they deserve.
