Chumba Wumba: Never Mind the Ballots
This band can be tremendously juvenile and silly and prurient, but they are also unrelentingly absolutely serious. Chumba Wumba's second album released in 1987 is called Never Mind the Ballots. The last song is a skrunking post-punk manifesto situation called Here's the Rest of Your Life, All Caps. They re-recorded it later with some more instrumentation and that version is called English Rebel Songs 1381 to 1984.
