The Importance of Creating Safe Spaces

When somebody runs a stop sign and that's very common or gets drunk and kills someone, the family appropriates that public side of the road. And guess what? It's absolutely meticulously kept. They don't care about the landowner over here or the condition. But other than that, they throw trash everywhere else. People in the community are capable of creating safe spaces that are hollowed and clean, but not when it's not in their interest too.
