Is There a Goal to Which You're Aiming to Hit?
i'm curious to know how you balance that natural fear or trepidation that people might have with a sense of, idon't know, humanity and comfort and calm when they approach you. And is there a goal to which you hold your staff accountable every year? Is there a number that you try to, a, to hit in order to keep that quality at that level? Well, i mean, what we're aiming for, of course, is too, is that the book should be perfect - but it so rarely is.
