Satya: In a running joke is like, I a founder or live long enough to see yourself being replaced by an Indian person. She says tech companies look for the best technical brain who's willing to have the conviction to make the change. "I think that's really one of the reasons why senior Indian executives are sent to the top in tech companies," she says.
