We need to plan our careers around gradually up scaling ourselves, exposing ourselves to new technologies. People also have come more accepting of the global nature of the of work. The approach to machine learning is that we took was start with the data andd then orient everything around it. That allowed us to move through the fina a crisis and thrive and then beyondevery year is better than the year before.
