At 53 years old, i'm starting to see declines and various fitness markers. Do you have anything you can share that we can do to slow the decay? I eat well, no process foods, loaf, sugar, no glutten,. minimal dairy, a lots of fresh vegetables, fruit, lean meats and nuts. Is there anything else we canDo to move the needle? And finally, how do you coach, or how would you es around the mental, psychological part of dealing with the decline in performance?
