Great marketing is not about grabbing attention, it's about holding it. Instead of looking at a funnel, period, we should be thinking like concentric circles. Nwy says if you reach whatever number feels small to you, you should be done telling people your show exists. And everything else you do is about serving those existing listeners more deeply. If they already love your show and they aren't willing to talk about it, then why are you running around the internet talking about it? They've spent 60 minutes an episode with you, and they're not saying anything about it.
