'I had to move because of a crazy onee hlup whitney cummings neighbor,' says author. 'He cut down my trees, but you can't stump the cops', she adds. She was told by her new neighbours that they were not allowed to party so loud at their house. The neighbour who brought it up didn't say anything when asked about noise complaints in the neighbourhood. He is now living with his girlfriend and two young children after moving from california.
