Hurricanes and the Federal Government

The federal government came in and says oh you can't really afford this so we're going to make it affordable for you. People say hey we get enough warning here we can leave take our valuables with us and come back and devastate and we'll be we'll build bigger and better. There's there's all kinds of factors to this. And John Stossel I mean this is kind of a side note but John Stossels did a report on that years ago that every time there's there's a hurricane and there's devastation all this federal money flows in and these people build back bigger andbetter.
