The Importance of Sperm Count in Fertility

If sperm count is high, it really doesn't matter for that probability of conceiving. If you go to very low numbers, like 10 and 15 million, then it is very difficult to conceive. Your subfertilium are actually called infertile at 10 to 15 mil. The WHO standard now is 15 million per mil.
