Bob: We charge a 95 basis point management fee which you know when you think about that in the context of say a two and 20 type product. A typical hedge fund strategy will charge what 400 basis points on average per year 95 looks like a good deal. Bob: It also comes with the incredible tax efficiency of an ETF whereas most of these hedge fund structures or fund-to-fund structures are typically LP positions, so they're taxed at ordinary income.
