i'm a big fan of everyday software. I use excel and power plaiin word as much as possible. And i think people are usually pleasantly surprised to learn how much excel can do. On the static side, excel can do like if you're making a one page p d f, make it and excel set it up to be p t fable. Just set the page margins. Slicers sound confusing, it's just a filter.
