The Power of Decision Making

I love band of brothers, the old a t v show on hbo. Theres so many leadership lessons in there. If it's administrative and detail focused, i'm not the person you want in charge. I've actually learned the last couple of years i have no real desire to be in charge. So what i say yes to right now are things that live inside this realm. And it makes my life significantly easier.
