Are You Part of the Solution, Mr. Radio Station Owner?

Both sides, both Democrats and Republicans have an interest in changing the internet regulatory scheme. Both want to get rid of section 230, which simultaneously protects online platforms right to both remove speech as they so desire without forcing them to remove all these categories of non-criminal speech. So I don't think you're going to get an alliance in a direct sense but what you get is that who is the party for leaving the system as this? Who's going to say that we shouldn't be tinkering with this good thing? It has very few natural defenders now in either the Democratic or Republican party. And I have a hard time seeing either side standing up against bad protection on the internet.
