Zishka's Triumphs on the Battlefield
Jan Zishka fought in the Houseite wars, which lasted until 1434. He was a great military genius who led his troops to victory on many occasions. His dying wish was for his skin to be made into war drums so he could continue to lead and inspire his troops after death. The Hussites were left devastated by their leader's death - they called themselves orphans from that point onwards. But as the war continued, Zishka's successors attempted to emulate his triumphs with the war wagons,. but they weren't successful in doing so.
