Create React App Is a Good Starter

React has continued to not get as much love and attention as bigger frameworks that have come along like next JS, like Gatsby or remix. If you really only care about the client side stuff, V is smaller and cleaner and faster than create react app. We need to deprecate the old version so that people stop using it and putting it into production - I am definitely guilty of myself.
