A lot of people think because they own a business that they're automatically a good leader. That is not the case. It took you practice and time and effort and dedication to develop that. And being a leader is a skill. I was not a born leader. Ever. Like dude I used to be the opposite of what I am now. Because I used to do it so wrong.
