Is Twitter Going to Be a Toxic Environment?

The audience will be two types. The professional journalists who feel they have to be on Twitter, there's no real substitute. And then people who like to battle it out are people on the far right and people on theFar left. It becomes more conflictual and more toxic. But I think it basically in five years looks like it looks like today. There's basically very little change.
