Introduction
This week's Fast Talk features grant hollicky, a regular guest on the show. We discuss ouru of believing more is better when it comes to training. At the very core of physiology there is a principle called homeo stasis. This describes how our bodies are always trying to maintain equilibrium or balance. When we train, we are essentially playing with that scale. Tip it an appropriate amount and the body will adapt to restore homeo stasi. Stress it too far and the body can't restore the balance, falling into over training.
