The Importance of Service Design in Product Design
Anything that is, will show up as an application on my computer or phone. I wouldn't call that a product. That's just one medium or one channel where a service manifests. So even if we take something like Uber, which is very heavily driven by an app or a website, that's just a touch point. And you're not designing the website. You're designing how people are using it.
