We just want to make sure we get our vitam in d levels tested, and that we're somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 to 70 or so. What are your thoughts there? Yeah, i'm not advised to that. I do tend to lean more in the forty to 60 range, which is the miran society's range. But i, you know, the i f m goes a little bit high, higher than that. And if somebody is vitamin d replete, is actually not there.
