The Role of Charcoal in Cannabis Poisoning
Don't ever forget the glucose. Airway in kids is going to be paramount. There's a delay of symptoms usually, and so it's too late for charcoal to do anything. The other risk is aspiration because if many of these kids are decreased LOA and their LOA is fluctuating, that there's a significant risk of aspiration with charcoal.
