Do You Know What Happened to the Astraas?

There are still new witnesses coming out am on occasion. It's always puzzled me, the whyis ther but what is, why would the same craft be seen over the same area over and over again? It doesn't really make any sense. I mean, i'm trying to think in human terms. Maybe they have a different way of thinking. And, you know, it's crazy stuff though, how it just keeps happening.
