Is Complex Complexity Complex?
There's a relationship between the amount of complexity that a given complicated system can handle, yes. And here we can talk about degrees of complexity. For instance, nuclear weapons, you do have clear lines of attribution of responsibility for their consequences. One can one understands how that causal process works out it is catastrophic. We might compare that to, say, by divers, where often it's the indirect consequences of very decentralized activity that leads to exasperation of idiversity loss. Is just knowledgeno gain plan or am i actually, have they always been complex and complicated?
