Is There a Specific Strength Training for Runners?

Roxanne Jones: I've seen a lot of running programs just using like body weight, strength movements. Is there a specific way to train for strength or for running strength that you would use with your clients? Jones: What I might consider ideal strength training is let's just say there's a runner who runs five days a week. And so the two days that they're not running, those are just going to be rest days. You're not going to do anything else on those days.
