The Dangers of Open Source
I used to think it's impossible if you could ever be AGI. I'm not confident anymore. It is crazy that these systems are being dumped open source so that every mad men on Twitter, there are mad men out there. There are whether a terrorist or just mentally ill people, there are crazy people who want to hurt people and they will use these systems as much as they can. Currently, there is more regulation on selling a sandwich to the public than there is on building godlike AI systems.
