Is NSRA So Slow?

NSRA's can be anything and can change themselves at runtime. They're backing implementation depending on their size. That's why an NSRA or NS mutable array, so you can mutate it. Maybe it is in many cases, O of one to three pen because it might be implemented in such a way that that's okay.
