The End of the Emergency Declaration

The end of the declaration impacts the typical process that the secretary uses to declare emergency and response. The FDA commissioner has additional authorities that will allow an orderly transition. It'll be months, but there should be no change in the next week or two. But what will happen is over the next months and beyond, things that are authorized will find a process to either achieve full approval or not.
