The Ontology of Consciousness Is a Mistake

The world is much too rich and interesting for there to be one true theory of it. And that's sort of agnostic of ontology, right? However, Ontology might play out. That's just a statement about our epistemic limits or how far our methods can really go. The idea that we need quantum mechanics to make sense of consciousness, but not cognition, not thinking, not experiencing more generally, I think that's got to be a mistake.
