Is There a Global Saving Glot?
i fear a this sort of global saving glot. A, you know, ve a dos to sort of the way we frame policy. It doesn't just have to do with specific proposals like the one you discussed but it also has to do with what it's trying to preserve. And if you ever visit porto for example, you will see that is to day made in exactly the same way as it was in the nineteenth century. Because there is a fundamental issue on the worldandad in the realm of trade which is about zero sum games.
