When it looks like they're going to sign with you. They feel relief because they've made a decision to go with you instead of someone else, or just to gone with you. And if you're dealing with someone who cannot take any responsibility, and they're always blaming others, that's a huge red flag. So for me, i've been doing stuff a number of years, whenever i meet someone, i'll say, i don't work with anyone that i don't look forward to speaking to.
