The Transition to Zen Founder

I think that goal of wanting to have control over your income is pretty much universal, at least among people who decide to become founders. So it's been about two years that Zen founder has been my primary focus and vocation. What was your initial vision for Zen founder as a business? Did you expect to generate revenue through advertisements on your podcast or through speaking engagements? Or did you just sort of let your business model fall into place over time? Oh, I'm not even sure I have a grand plan now. But there's a little bit of like a missional focus to Zen founder that is maybe different than a SaaS business or something like that.
