The Impact of Housing on the CPI
Housing is a critical factor in household expenditures, but it's only one of the four main buckets. With interest rates still this high, prices are still going up. We have not seen that movement within the US where people find new jobs elsewhere. That has caused a bit of a concern for us to say that generally also moves price, and that dries price up.
