I was kind of struck by how much people like unwrapping presents. I was like, why can't we bring that into the restaurant? So going forward from that point between Thanksgiving and Christmas every year, the first course was on the table when you walked in. And it's pretty inspiring because so many good ideas have probably never seen the light of day as they were too quickly dismissed.
