The CBO's Misleading Projection of the Budget Deficit

A Center for American Progress report says the big drivers of deficits and debt are in fact tax cuts themselves. But even when we look at projections from the Congressional Budget Office, you can see that it's spending and spending over time that ultimately is driving the deficit.
