I think one part of intermittent fasting is that I've noticed also the women in my life and including my wife do much better when they have a little bit of fat fiber and protein in the morning as a way to ground themselves compared to the traditional high carbohydrate, super starchy and orange juice based meal. So it's all part of the movement and wellness, which has been beautiful to see of personalization and individualization. Sometimes there's just more than what we know from the current research and what truly does work for my body is steelcut oats. And that's what I eat every day and so happily come back to it.
