How to Get the Most Out of Your Backlog

Ashe: In the past i've definitely been guilty of back log triage, and sometimes i did not have attraction gold to help me prioritize that. So here back to ashe step number one. As we take one of these feature requests, we try to spend some time to go beyond the surface understanding of that feature. This can be done tactically using a bunch of different techniques. We are going to first do a partial roll out and validate that the solution we just pell does indeed solve a particular problem. And so this is where we pick a subset of metrics on our customer factry bore or metric bor here. And we are looking to see, can we really measure
